PARKING CHARGES

Please note that when ordering equipment for delivery, the client is responsible for providing suitable parking facilities for loading/unloading, setup, and collection of equipment. This may include supplying a visitor’s permit, parking permit, car park ticket, or payment for parking meters where required.

If your event requires supervision by our staff, a parking space must be provided for the full duration of the event.

Where the delivery address is located on a red route, or on single/double yellow lines without a designated parking space, delivery may be refused and the hired items returned to our warehouse. In such cases, full payment will still remain due.

If no parking is available, please inform our office in advance. An additional charge for a drop-off driver may then be added to your final invoice.

Should a parking fine or penalty charge be issued due to inadequate parking arrangements, the full cost of the ticket will be passed on to the client for payment.
